• Electromechanical Cam Timers
  Tempatron electromechanical cam timers are available in modular kits for assembly or can be supplied fully assembled. The timers are available in 2 cam, 4 cam and 6 cam versions and with cycle times (one revolution) from 3 seconds to 24 hours. The synchronous drive motors are available in 24Vac, 115Vac or 230Vac versions.
  


• Analogue Timers
  Tempatron analogue timers are available in DIN48 square, compact 22x22mm, encapsulated 40x40mm or chassis mounting pcb styles and are powered from a large choice of AC or DC power options. Time ranges from 1 second to 60 hours are available, adjustable through the front control knob, or for use with a remote potentiometer. The timers offer isolated double pole, 3 pole or 4 pole changeover relay output contacts.
  


• Digital Timers
  Tempatron digital timers are multifunction, multi-time range digital timers suitable for controlling operation of equipment, machinery or processes in industrial applications. Up to 11 timing functions can be selected together with time ranges from 0.1 seconds to 99.59 hours operating up to 5 independent relay output contacts. These timers are housed in compact panel mounting or DIN rail mounting enclosures.
  


• Analogue Controllers
  Tempatron analogue temperature controllers are available in On/Off, PD (proportional and derivative) and latching versions. The controllers operate from a range of thermocouple or 3 wire PT100 (RTD) input sensors or from a 4-20mA process signal. The temperature controllers are housed in a compact DIN48 square enclosure or chassis mounting pcb and are powered from either 24Vac/dc or 110/230Vac.
  


• Tachometer Relays
  Tempatron tachometer relays are designed to monitor and control speeds ranging from 5rpm up to 10,000rpm. All models have an internal power supply for powering active sensors and a meter output for displaying the speed. The tachometer relays are housed in a compact DIN48 square enclosure and are powered from either 24Vac/dc or 110/230Vac.
  


• Shaft Rotation Sensors
  The Tempatron FSRST shaft rotation sensor is designed to prevent access to a rotating machine until it has slowed to a safe speed. The shaft rotation sensor is housed in a compact DIN48 square enclosure and powered from either 110Vac or 230Vac. The normally open contacts enable failsafe operation in the event of power failure.
  


• Digital Controllers
  Tempatron digital temperature controllers offer simple on/off control or advanced, 4 digit auto-tuning PID control with up to 3 outputs. The controllers operate from a range of thermocouple or PT100 (RTD) input sensors, or from a millivolt or analogue process signal. The digital controllers have relay, SSR or analogue outputs and are housed in a compact DIN48, 75x33mm or DIN96 panel mounting enclosures.
  


• Temperature Transmitters
  Tempatron temperature transmitters isolate and convert temperature measurement signals over a configured range to a 0/4-20mA process output signal. The transmitters can operate from a range of thermocouple or RTD (PT100) input sensors, or from a DC millivolt or resistance signal. The signal conditioners are housed in compact DIN rail mounting or in-head mounting enclosures.
  


• Temperature Sensors
  Tempatron temperature probes include thermistors (NTC and PTC), 3-wire PT100 resistance thermometer devices (RTDs) and J and K type thermocouples. The probes are available in 1.5m, 3m and 6m lengths and optional industrial probe heads, thermowells and compression fittings are also available. Customer specified probes are also available.
  


• Liquid Level Sensors
  The Tempatron liquid level sensors can control the levels of conductive liquids and are available with a FET output (to drive a relay or solenoid valve), an NPN transistor output or a relay output. These sensors are available as a pcb mounting module, chassis mounting module or in a DIN48 panel mounting enclosure and require two or three mutually isolated metallic probes, one of which can be the container itself.
  


• Proximity Sensors
  Tempatron proximity sensors are designed to detect the presence of a very wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials, at a distance of up to 25mm. The sensors are fully encapsulated and available with an optional built in time delay. They are available with a relay output or NPN sink and PNP source outputs, and have an LED to indicate output status.
  


• Accessories
  Tempatron accessories include 110V and 230Vac power supply transformers, DIN rail mounting output conversion modules, programmable count controllers, high sensitivity CMOS relays and a range of mounting and wiring sockets for panel, chassis or DIN rail mounting modules.
